Return Policy


  • Our products come with 120 days replacement warranty against defects such as lines, shaky or distorted picture.


  • We provide warranty for our products against more than 3 dead pixels.


  • Customers have 7 days to check the product & report Dead-on-Arrival (DOA). Although highly unlikely, please contact us as soon as possible if you find such problem.


  • If for any reason during the 7 day inspection period you want to return the product for refund, you will be charged 20% restocking fees.


  • All the products can only be accepted if they have proper RMA number. Please request your RMA number before returning the product.


  • After 7 days Inspection Period, if the product shows defect, customer can claim replacement during 113 days warranty period. Only replacement product will be shipped during this period.


  • Customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges.


  • Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable


  • Customer satisfaction is always our top priority. We work with our distributors to guarantee the quality of our products and we want you to fully enjoy your purchase.


  • Warranty is strictly limited to technical problems. Any problems involving physical damage or breakage to the product is not covered.
