Our products come with 120 days replacement warranty against defects such as lines, shaky or distorted picture.

We provide warranty for our products against more than 3 dead pixels.
|
|
Customers have 7 days to check the product & report Dead-on-Arrival (DOA). Although highly unlikely, please contact us as soon as possible if you find such problem.

If for any reason during the 7 day inspection period you want to return the product for refund, you will be charged 20% restocking fees.

All the products can only be accepted if they have proper RMA number. Please request your RMA number before returning the product.

After 7 days Inspection Period, if the product shows defect, customer can claim replacement during 113 days warranty period. Only replacement product will be shipped during this period.

Customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges.
