Return for Refund
When Can You Return?
- 30-Day Window: You may return an unused product within 30 days of delivery
- Condition: Product must be in the same condition it was shipped in
- Inspect Immediately: Open and inspect your product right away - shipping companies only accept damage claims within a few days of delivery
What You Need to Know
- Restocking Fee: 20% restocking fee applies for returns not due to a product issue
- Shipping Costs: Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- How to Return: Email service@blisscomputers.net with your order number and reason for return
Important: Inspect Your Product Immediately
You're buying a fragile component—a screen, often just a sheet of glass. Please don't wait weeks to open the box.
- Shipping companies only accept damage claims within a few days of delivery
- If you contact us a month later, it's assumed the item was damaged after arrival—we can't help beyond that
- Be logical: If it's fragile, open it. Inspect it. Report issues right away.
Return for Store Credit
Who Can Use Store Credit?
If you're a repair shop, reseller, or frequent customer, we make returns easier with our store credit option (no restocking fee).
Benefits of Store Credit
- Ordered the wrong item? Customer changed their mind? → Send it back and get store credit (no restocking fee)
- Store credit remains on your account for future purchases
- A convenient option if you're ordering regularly or managing client needs
How to Return for Store Credit
- Request RMA: Email your query to service@blisscomputers.net. Please include your order number and pics showing the issue if possible.
- Download RMA Form: Visit our RMA Instructions & Return Form page to download and print the RMA form.

Fill Out RMA Form: Complete the RMA form with your return product information, including:
- Order number (your RMA number is your order number)
- Original part number
- Reason for return
- Your contact information

Pack Safely: Properly package the product to prevent damage during shipping:
- Use the original packaging if available, or a sturdy box with adequate padding
- Wrap the screen/product in bubble wrap or protective material
- Ensure the box is well-sealed and clearly labeled
- Include the completed RMA form inside the package
- Ship Back: Send the product back to the address provided on the RMA form. Once we receive and process your return, store credit will be added to your account for future purchases.
Double RMA – Important Information
A repeat return often happens when the issue isn't caused by the screen.
Many returned screens test fully functional during diagnostics.
If no defect is found, the issue may be related to software, EDID, cables, or internal hardware.
Limited Coverage
What is NOT Covered
- User Damage: Physical damage caused by the user (cracked screen from dropping, broken edges from mishandling, etc.)
- Delayed Inspection: Damage reported more than a few days after delivery (we assume it was damaged after arrival)
- Modified Products: Products that have been altered, modified, or tampered with
- Missing Components: Returns missing original packaging, accessories, or documentation
- Warranty Claims After 30 Days: Issues reported more than 30 days after delivery
What is Covered by Warranty
Our warranty covers technical screen defects, such as:
- Distorted image
- Lines on the display
- More than 3 dead pixels
- Manufacturing defects (not user damage)
Important: Please report any issues as soon as you receive your order.
