DOMESTIC SHIPPING

 

Domestic Shipping (Within U.S.) is shipped using standard ground shipping (approximately 3-5 business days delivery service). As this is fragile unboxed product, each order undergoes individual sturdy packing. Please allow 1-2 days of processing time to process your order.

  IMPORTANT:
  • Cut-off time for overnight orders: 2 PM EST.
  • Next Business Day deliveries of orders placed after 3PM EST cannot be guaranteed.
  • Orders with next business day delivery placed on Friday before 2PM EST will be delivered by MONDAY the following week.
  • Orders with next business day delivery placed on Friday after 2PM EST will be delivered by TUESDAY the following week.
  • Should you require signature confirmation for your delivery please email us requesting the same with your Order number. Please make sure you do this within 1 hour after you place the order. This is to ensure that the change is reflected in our shipping process.

Please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by the Shipping company or due to any natural disaster such as flood, tornado, volcano eruption, earthquake, or landslide.

Please be aware that we only provide DELIVERY CONFIRMATION service when we ship the product. We do not provide SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION service by default, so if you are shipping the product to a location where the chance of theft or lost packages are high, you need to email us at sales@blisscomputers.net to add that service. We may charge extra for the service. SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION requires the customer to be present at the time of the delivery of the product.

Faster Shipping options are available for your order and shipping calculator will calculate shipping charges depending upon your address.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

 

International Shipping usually take 7-15 business days to be delivered. 
International customers will have to pay ALL duties and taxes that occur at FULL SALE PRICE.
Please check with your country for restrictions, duties, and taxes collected by your country.
We do not refund shipping costs for items rejected by your customs.

            For faster international shipping we suggest to pay via PayPal. 

  • Shipping lead time is almost 7 -10 days once parts are dispatched.
  • For credit card holder's card security , credit card details will be verified with issuer bank.
  • Please email us screenshot from your credit card statement or bank login showing our company name and amount and date. 
  • Once we check the above email for credit card orders we will review and process your shipment. 
  • Tracking numbers and Invoices are e-mailed once product is shipped. We use few different shipping companies to ship products.
  • In case of lost or damaged products. Please report us and shipping firm right away.
  • LCD is very fragile part. It is possible to have broken LCD in shipping though packing box and material is undamaged.
  • All international shipments are subjected to import duty.
  • Please inquire with your country's custom and brokerage to inquire about import charges.
  • We may not have useful information about import duties.
  • International customers should follow same RMA Policy as our domestic customers. So shipping back faulty or non faulty parts has to be paid fully by purchaser.
