Dell Inspiron 1545 came with LED backlight backlight screen and lamp backlight screen. Listed product is LED backlight . It will not fit and work if you have lamp backlight screen. (CCFL backlight). CCFL LCD has fluorescent tube in the display and a prism that diffuses the light While LED screens don't need an inverter to operate. Both technologies are not interchangeable.
