Shipping via Freight Forwarders (#1671)
Using a Freight Forwarder? Read This First!
At Bliss Computers, we pack your fragile screens in industry-grade, crush-tested boxes with maximum protection. But if you're using a freight forwarding company, be aware: many repack or remove our protective materials to cut costs — and that often leads to damaged glass screens.
Once a third party handles the box, FedEx, UPS, USPS, and Bliss Computers cannot honor breakage claims.
To protect your order:
Ask your forwarder to keep our original box intact or use strong cushioning if repacking is necessary. We recommend getting insurance too.
We’re happy to ship globally — just make sure your agent keeps your screen safe!
